- Position: HR Assistant
- -Work Location: Abu Dhabi
- Salary: 2500-3500 AED

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting and developing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes including posting job openings scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts
- - Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- - Process employee requests and maintain HR databases such as attendance and leave records
- - Assist with performance management processes including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
- - Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- - Coordinate training and development programs for employees including scheduling and tracking participation
- - Assist with employee relations including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews
- - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures
- - Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
- - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- - Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- - Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
