Job brief:

our aim is to provide original natural and memorable service and experience that inspire our guests to pause as a housekeeping supervisor your main tasks is helping with daily housekeeping operations and helping in monitoring housekeepers. We are looking for a curious creative and experienced leader to join our team if you are ready for this experience and equipped with the right tools and ready for a unique journey then you are welcomed.


responsibilities:

  • inspects guest rooms public areas pool etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
  • runs sold room reports verify room status determine discrepant rooms prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms
  • responds to customer complaints and special requests
  • assigns housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
  • schedules staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
  • investigates and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
  • provides training & educating on cleanliness tidiness and hygiene standards to the housekeeping staff
  • motivates team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • regulates taking inventory of cleaning supplies and refilling stock as needed
  • issues cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed
  • performs various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages


Requirements

  • excellent organizational and team management skills
  • relevant experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
  • previous experience working in the hotel and hospitality industry working in resorts is plus
  • excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
