Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Hostess to join our team at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah UAE. As a Hostess you will be the first point of contact for our guests creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor

Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements

Manage reservations and guest inquiries

Ensure the dining area is clean organized and well-presented

Assist with guest requests and provide exceptional service

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries efficiently

Willing to relocate in Ras Al Khaima
