Do you have a warm smile a graceful presence and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences The Lab Holding is looking for an experienced Hostess to join our frontofhouse team in one of our upscale restaurant brands in Dubai.

This is a fulltime onsite opportunity for someone who loves hospitality thrives in fastpaced environments and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a professional welcoming attitude and escort them to their tables

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

• Answer and direct phone calls with courtesy and professionalism

• Provide accurate information about the restaurant menu and events

• Coordinate and assist with private events or special guest arrangements

• Keep the reception and dining area neat organized and presentable at all times

• Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a highend restaurant or hospitality environment

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Fluent in English (Arabic Russian or Turkish are major pluses)

• Experience managing reservations and coordinating event logistics

• Warm personality excellent grooming and customer service focus

• Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure

• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
