An amazing opportunity has opened up for talented Hostess in our award winning Afya Restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.

- Welcome guests in a cheery welcoming manner.
- Handle guest queries/complaints.
- Remain aware of incoming VIPs/ Special Guests.
- Handle incoming calls on service phone promptly.
- Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
- Accommodate guest requests for change courteously.
- Assist team members where possible.
