Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception & Seating Management:
- Welcome guests with warmth professionalism and dignity adhering to fine dining standards.
- Manage reservations waitlists and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.
- Escort guests to their tables present menus and manage optimal table rotation.
- Customer Service & Guest Experience:
- Anticipate guest needs manage dietary preferences and resolve inquiries gracefully.
- Oversee reservation channels (phone WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.
Operations & Communication:
- Coordinate with servers captains and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special occasions to the team.
- Support service staff during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.
Etiquette & Compliance:
- Maintain high standards of grooming posture and uniform presentation.
- Ensure front entrance and waiting areas are clean safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
Languages:
- English: Professional fluency required.
- Arabic: Professional proficiency is a strong advantage.
