Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients physical abilities and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients conditions and goals
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes
- Instruct patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility strength and flexibility
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of physical therapy
- Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in the United Arab Emirates
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a home health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
