- Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and build a team of effective Recruiters
- Utilise headhunting expertise and be able to tap into local networks
- Manage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategies
- Work with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers across a number of disciplines
- Attract top talent and be passionate and knowledgeable about the organisation
- Over 5 years recruitment experience ideally within Retail, FMCG or Hospitality
- Be able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrate strong end to end recruitment capabilities
- Experience leading and building a team
- Knowledge of Saudisation protocol and government relations
