The Transformation and Business Development Teams at Dyson are responsible for delivering key projects and workflows that enable the business to achieve its commercial objectives in the current year and lay the foundations for the years to come.

As the Head of Transformation for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Dyson you will drive and successfully deliver critical business transformation projects designed to grow and expand our footprint in the region. This role requires you to lead complex high-impact initiatives optimize business operations and support commercial negotiations with partners. You will oversee end-to-end project management across projects of varying complexity ensuring best-in-class project management methodologies are maintainedincluding stakeholder engagement governance reporting change management and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include identifying designing and implementing change programs that drive efficiency growth and profitability as well as working cross-functionally to re-shape operational structures and processes. You will analyse business processes evaluate the technical and operational impacts of change and foster strong relationships with local regional and global stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and organizational alignment. Additionally you will conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that keep Dyson ahead of the competition and support ongoing business expansion in the MEA region.

• A strong consulting and commercial background with proven experience delivering business transformation.
• Degree qualified combining analytical rigor with a proactive results-driven approach.
• Highly skilled in negotiation planning and stakeholder management excelling at building strong relationships at all organisational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic navigating multicultural environments with ease.
• Enthusiastic committed collaborative thriving both independently and as a team leader.
