Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Head of Services for a leading organization in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the complete Services function ensuring operational excellence commercial success and sustainable business growth. This role will be responsible for leading service operations asset management project delivery commercial and contract management while driving continuous improvement and supporting the companys long-term strategic objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Lead and oversee end-to-end service operations ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement SLA compliance and performance monitoring.
-Manage service assets ensuring optimal utilization maintenance and lifecycle management.
-Oversee project planning execution resource allocation and timely delivery within budget.
-Lead the bid tender pricing and contract management process to maximize business opportunities.
-Manage commercial negotiations and ensure effective contract administration.
-Drive business growth by expanding service offerings and supporting strategic initiatives including the Warra business.
-Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
-Own the Services divisions P&L budgeting forecasting and financial performance.
-Build mentor and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
-Ensure compliance with health safety quality environmental and corporate governance standards.
-Establish and improve policies processes and operational controls across the Services function.
-Monitor business performance through MIS reporting and data-driven decision-making.
-Lead organizational change innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
-Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
-1015 years of progressive experience in services management commercial operations or business leadership.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
-Proven experience managing business P&L and leading large-scale service operations.
-Demonstrated success in winning major tenders bids or commercial contracts.
-Strong knowledge of service lifecycle management commercial strategy and business growth.
-Experience in bid management proposal development and contract negotiation.
-Understanding of partnerships joint ventures and alliance management.
-Familiarity with CRM platforms sales analytics and bid management systems.
-Excellent leadership strategic planning stakeholder management and communication skills.
