- Providing project cost/planning and scheduling leadership.
- Preparation of project control plan for the project in accordance with procedures and objectives.
- Providing project control summary to relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project control/planning issues.
Head of Planning Department – Requirements
- Qualified to degree level in an Engineering
- Solid construction experience in roads, infrastructure and building works within the middle east
- 15 years of work experience in a Planning capacity working on large scale construction projects.
- English speaking and writing – Arabic a plus.
- Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
