- Processes & Standards - Simplifying, standardizing, and continuously improving processes to capture synergies, scale effects and productivity improvements. Develop operating metrics to measure productivity and growth initiatives. Accountable for high quality and compliant delivery of People Services process scope as well as continuous process improvement in line with external best practices.
- Operations & Payroll –. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations. Ensure People practices and policies comply with legal requirements.
