JOB PURPOSE |
The Head of Operations Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the real estate business ensuring efficient property management leasing sales support facility operations and administrative functions. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency maintaining high service standards ensuring regulatory compliance and driving business performance while supporting the companys strategic objectives. |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
Primary Task: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio including leasing property management maintenance and tenant relations. Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to improve business performance. Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate laws regulations and company policies. Monitor operational budgets control costs and optimize resource utilization. Lead mentor and manage operations teams including property managers leasing staff and administrative personnel. Coordinate with Finance HR Legal and other departments to ensure smooth business operations. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness. Review operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage vendor and contractor relationships ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for managed properties. Resolve escalated tenant landlord and client concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure timely renewal of property-related permits licenses contracts and service agreements. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support business development initiatives by improving operational capabilities and customer service standards. Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management. Lead the implementation of automation initiatives to streamline operational processes improve productivity and reduce manual work. Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with IT and system vendors to ensure business applications are effectively implemented integrated maintained and continuously improved. Act as a strategic business partner by understanding operational challenges and providing process improvement and technology-driven solutions. |
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION |
Skills: Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations leasing practices and property management operations. Experience managing residential portfolios. Property and facilities management Budgeting and financial management Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in real estate operations with at least 35 years in a managerial or leadership role. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Management Property Management or a related field. |
