The Role & Your Impact
- Lead coach and develop a team of 5 regional marketing communications managers
- Drive impactful marketing activation aligned with regional business priorities
- Partner closely with regional marketing sales leadership and commercial teams
- Collaborate with global marketing communications teams (including Denmark) to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
- Contribute as a key member of the MEIA marketing leadership team
- Bring structure and direction in a fast-paced often non-linear environment
What Youll Need to Be Successful
- Extensive experience in senior marketing communications leadership roles
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy activation and execution
- Ability to operate in complex matrixed multicultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Leadership maturity and resilience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
- Cross-cultural collaboration
- Customer- and sales-centric mindset
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
