Job Summary
Our client an international iGaming project with strong financial backing building a world-class Live Dealer studio from the ground up is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Live Studio.
Location: Dubai UAE (relocation package included)
Type: full-time
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Design launch and scale Live Studio operations from scratch.
- Recruit and lead global teams (dealers management production IT).
- Develop and launch a portfolio of live dealer games (Roulette Blackjack game shows etc.).
- Implement compliance security and world-class operational standards.
- Manage budgets KPIs and long-term growth strategy.
Requirements:
- 5 years of senior management in Live Dealer studios (Evolution Pragmatic Ezugi etc.).
- Proven experience in launching or scaling large-scale live studios.
- Leadership of 100 staff.
- Strategic hands-on leadership style.
- Fluent English.
