Job Summary

Our client an international iGaming project with strong financial backing building a world-class Live Dealer studio from the ground up is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Live Studio.

Location: Dubai UAE (relocation package included)
Type: full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Design launch and scale Live Studio operations from scratch.
Recruit and lead global teams (dealers management production IT).
Develop and launch a portfolio of live dealer games (Roulette Blackjack game shows etc.).
Implement compliance security and world-class operational standards.
Manage budgets KPIs and long-term growth strategy.

Requirements:

5 years of senior management in Live Dealer studios (Evolution Pragmatic Ezugi etc.).
Proven experience in launching or scaling large-scale live studios.
Leadership of 100 staff.
Strategic hands-on leadership style.
Fluent English.
