Key responsibilities
-Driving lead generation, nurturing and conversion across inbound and outbound channels, including email, social, search and paid
-Building lifecycle marketing programs to retain customers, implementing best practices in CRM and automation
-Find and drive testing outside of traditional marketing channels to drive incremental leads
-Working closely with internal and external content teams on content development to optimize channels and targeting
-Own and monitor KPIs including monthly leads, pipeline, conversions to opportunities, leads tied to business closed and metrics for individual campaigns, and report up to senior management
-Establish internal processes to optimize conversion
-Discover issues and advocate for improvements in the funnel, and implement technologies and/or processes to solve them
-Develop a deep understanding of customers, geo's, products, and the buyer’s journey
-Build expertise, share knowledge and contribute to the professional development of the marketing team as a whole.
