ROLE


Job Overview: The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver the sales growth plan for our client s brands in KSA. The role holder will own and manage the engagement with B2B/B2G clients and prospects and generate business leads. With the support of the Academic and Operations teams, the role holder will design and enable the delivery of bespoke training solutions in line with the market and clients needs and look for opportunities to open branch campus(es) for our client s brands.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Acquire new business and deliver on the market growth plan.
  • Drive and ensure the consistency in messaging, branding, content, and the look-and-feel of all internal and external communications/marketing
    collateral in line with the market and clients specific needs.
  • Manage direct interaction with key stakeholders (Ministries, Royal Commissions etc.)
  • Ensure active presence in relevant industry events, developing relationships with key decision makers and researching trends.
  • Assist business development and identify opportunities for new products or services as a trigger for new B2B/B2G client acquisition.
  • Identify & negotiate potential campus developments in KSA for the various brands (including supporting the relevant brands inpreparing for the campus openings).
  • Manage the client account analysis and preparation, assess the customer needs, work closely with all key internal stakeholders on designing bespoketraining solutions and/or off-the-shelf programs proposals and prepare/deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions of the contracts.
  • Ensure that the final product delivery meets the client s expectations and where necessary support on resolving operational challenges.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including sending billing notices and securing payments from clients.
  • Document all client contacts in the appropriate databases and provide accurate and detail sales forecasts based on the pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management on sales pipeline, activities, and progress against targets.

Requirements

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 8 years of experience within the hospitality/education industry, project management, business development and/or account management.
  • A track record of managing senior internal and external stakeholder relationships and successfully selling product or services to businesses.
  • In depth knowledge of the KSA market and the competitive landscape, in a B2B/B2G setting.
  • Due to prior knowledge and skills acquired, able to influence and drive best practices in B2B/B2G development.
  • Numerate and data-driven alongside people skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building capabilities, to effectively develop and maintain relationships with potential andexisting clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, having the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, to achieve the sale targets.
  • Able to navigate effectively within a matrix organization, directing, influencing, and enabling colleagues across different functions.
  • Able to adapt leadership approach to different situations and stakeholders and with agility in the context of a fast-changing market and competitiveenvironment.
  • Self-starterattitude.
