- Oversee all property facility and contractor management. Update the property specific operating policies and procedures and follow through with enforcement. Prepare and deliver operational performance reports to the Facility Manager as required on a regular basis. Assist the Senior Facility Manager in the development of and compliance with the property’s emergency planning and business resumption plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness. Ensure compliance with the properties’ operational policies and procedures where applicable. Oversee all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures. Motivate the contractors to achieve required standards. Any other technical or operational duties reasonably requested by the Senior Facility Manager
