Education and training:
Education related to hotel management or hospitality management is preferred, and courses in laundry management are beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in laundry management or working in the laundry field. Experience as a laundry supervisor enhances the attractiveness of a resume.
Management skills:
The ability to effectively manage and direct the laundry team, allocate resources and distribute burdens.
Knowledge of laundry equipment:
Knowledge of laundry equipment types and operations such as washers, dryers, and ironing systems.
