Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-driven Gypsum Board & False Ceiling Carpenter to join our technical works team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in high-end residential projects (villas and penthouses) specializing in modern gypsum partitions advanced ceiling designs and complex lighting cutouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Installation: Expert framing measuring and installation of modern gypsum board partitions false ceilings and drywalls.
Luxury Designs: Precise execution of contemporary architectural features including shadow gaps suspended ceilings bulkhead designs and clean curves.
Lighting Integration: Accurate cutting and preparation for concealed LED strips track lighting and downlight fixtures according to design layouts.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret interior design drawings elevations and technical blueprints accurately to execute work with zero errors.
Material Optimization: Calculate required framing studs tracks channels and gypsum boards per project to optimize inventory and minimize waste.
Finishing & Quality: Ensure all joints taping and joint compound applications are perfectly flush and smooth ready for the painting team.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience as a Gypsum Carpenter within the UAE (Dubai residential project experience is highly preferred).
Deep understanding of modern ceiling systems metallic structures and drywall accessories.
High accuracy in measurements levelling and sharp edge alignments.
Valid UAE Driving License is a major advantage (to assist with team/material transport).
Visa status: Available in the UAE on a visit visa or cancelable visa for immediate hiring and transfer.
