- Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes for all levels (e.g., HIIT, strength training, Zumba, yoga)
- Provide personalized fitness guidance and equipment instruction to members on the gym floor
- Create individualized workout plans based on member goals and fitness levels
- Motivate and encourage members to stay on track and achieve their fitness objectives
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all gym users
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Promote gym memberships and special events.
