- Make a splash! Teach individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, from water babies taking their first strokes to adults refining their competitive skills.
- Craft engaging lessons: Develop lesson plans based on established curricula (e.g., American Red Cross, Swim America) and tailor them to individual needs and learning styles.
- Empower and motivate: Create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident and excited to learn new skills.
- Safety first: Ensure the well-being of all participants by enforcing pool rules, monitoring behavior, and responding to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Build relationships: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
