Role Overview
Were looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging on-brand visuals in a fast-paced growing start-up environment. Youll be part of a dynamic marketing team working on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support Calos growth.

The ideal candidate is creative adaptable and detail-oriented able to move quickly from concept to execution. Youll be responsible for conducting research staying on top of design trends and delivering visual solutions that align with Calos marketing strategy and business goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Design assets across channels: social media email digital ads landing pages and print
• Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand high-converting and beautifully crafted
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts
• Own and evolve the brand visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team
• Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated if applicable)
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
• Support product and content teams with UI visuals presentations or branded templates

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles marketing materials and campaigns
• Bonus: Experience with food wellness or lifestyle brands

Knowledge & Competency

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Bonus: Familiarity with Figma After Effects Canva
• Excellent sense of typography layout color and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene
