MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant / Related Agricultural Degree and or Business Degree
• Min of 10 years previous experience managing commercial and technical operation of a large, protected wildlife reserve
• Proven passion and experience in wildlife management and animal husbandry
• Ability to manage multi – site farms and locations
• Previous experience working with birds and animal health care highly advantageous
• Good leader
• Strong admin and record keeping ability
• People person and techno commercial mindset essential
