Provide EMEA subject matter expertise to ensure value-added mobility services
Promote Mobility services across all Solution Hubs
Set up and promote Mobility services and processes for new countries
Consult and guide business teams, (senior) stakeholders and internal teams on all mobility related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, social security and local labor law
Partner with the Chief Talent Officers of the Solutions/ Agencies and you Global Mobility colleagues to implement and improve the quality of overall Mobility service delivery
Contribute to the evolution of policies and processes that support the Global Mobility needs of the organization
Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
Support operational staff on complex case management and advise internal management on complex cross border issues
Work and collaborate with team members, stakeholders in India, EMEA, APAC and North America
Work with external providers and authorities to ensure compliance and assignee support
Participate in global mobility related projects
Compiling, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services
Leading / participating in client meetings to enhance relationships
