- Bachelor’s Degree in business &/or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of Business Development/Sales experience within the relevant industry
- Global Industry Leads will be subject matter experts with core experience in the particular industry
- Previous experience in commercial and P&L for a large company in the particular industry
- Emerging Market experience and proven skills to have built new business/markets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to effectively contribute to multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement.
- Experience presenting to Senior Management
