Ontime Group is seeking a qualified General Nurse with a MOH (Ministry of Health) license to join our healthcare team serving the Fujairah/Kalba Road area. We are looking for a dedicated nurse who will provide exceptional patient care while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive comprehensive and compassionate nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document health histories accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring safety and efficacy
- Provide patient education regarding health maintenance disease prevention and treatment options
- Monitor and record patients progress and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Valid MOH nursing license required
- Experience as a General Nurse in a clinical setting is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualifications
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
