- The Marine Operations General Manager shall overall manage the cost-efficient and safe operation of all equipment assets and zones related to the Marine Operation Department (Dry docks, Load out Barge, Basin, Channel, Anchorage, VTS and Ship-lift and transfer system)
- Overall supervise, optimize, and plan the day-to-day assignment of Marine Operations personnel of the different MO Divisions for the operation of said equipment and assets, as required by the different ship-build, rig-build and MRO departments
- Overall Manage asset reliability/availability risks that could adversely affect the business by ensuring smooth coordination with Asset Management team for the day-to-day preventive maintenance activities, report any breakdown failure and by recommending measures to prevent failures reoccurrence
- Ensure all Marine port operations are adequately resourced, risk assessed, and have all appropriate procedures, standards, permits, and licenses in place and updated when required
