Salary: AED 15000 basic per month

Bonus: Up to AED 2500 per club per month

Progression: Multi-site role in 912 months (AED 20000 basic AED 6000 per club bonus)

The Role

As General Manager you will take full ownership of your clubs performance people and member experience. This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring commercial strength excellent team management and a commitment to delivering outstanding standards every day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading coaching and developing a high-performing club team.

• Driving membership growth retention and commercial performance.

• Overseeing all operational excellence and brand standards.

• Ensuring compliance safety and exceptional service delivery.

• Creating a culture of accountability positivity and continuous improvement.

After 912 months successful General Managers will progress to a multi-site leadership role with an enhanced package of:

• AED 20000 basic salary per month
