Gauge Man

• Position: Gauge man
• Work location: Project wise
• Salary: Based on experience

• Measure test and monitor asphalt thickness levels density and alignment during paving operations.

• Operate and maintain gauges and measuring tools to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Record measurements and prepare daily reports for quality assurance.

• Assist engineers and supervisors in monitoring asphalt laying activities.

• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed on-site.

• Report any discrepancies defects or quality issues to the site engineer or project manager.

Minimum 35 years of experience as a Gauge Man in road construction / asphalt projects.

• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving compaction methods and quality control standards.

• Familiarity with road construction equipment and project site procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and technical requirements.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Must be available in UAE and ready to join immediately.

• Previous experience with civil and infrastructure projects.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
