Job Summary
Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with Hindi
Location: Dubai UAE
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary Commission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the companys products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Hindi both oral and written.
- Previous Retention experience in Forex/FX & CFD Industry is mandatory
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills.
- Ideally candidate should be in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
