Food & Beverage Supervisor Russian Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead motivate and support the team to deliver personalized service in line with 5-star luxury standards.

• Welcome and interact with guests with a focus on providing attentive service.

• Monitor service quality guest satisfaction cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.

• Handle guest requests feedback and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Assist with staff training briefing scheduling and daily operational requirements.

• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.

• Excellent communication leadership and guest-handling skills.

• Well-groomed professional and guest-focused with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
