Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of energetic F&B attendants to Make Our Guests Smile;
Delivering exceptional guest and dining experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
Support initiatives of the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure departmental goals are met and exceeded;
Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure service is seamless and organized;
Rostering, recruitment, and onboarding new hires are all part of the day-to-day;
Drive employee satisfaction through coaching and creative engagement activities;
Purchasing and ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
Multitasking to oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events spaces.
