Fit Out Project Manager - Evolve Interiors

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join our team in the interior design and build industry. The ideal candidate will be based in UAEDubai and will be responsible for overseeing and managing fit out projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan and manage fit out projects from start to finish including budgeting scheduling resource management and quality control Coordinate with clients architects designers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Manage and mentor project teams providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or delays Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality and to address any onsite challenges Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Project Manager within the interior industry Strong knowledge of fit out project management processes including budgeting scheduling and quality control Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to success Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment while maintaining a high attention to detail and quality Relevant qualifications in project management construction management or a related field Must have valid UAE driving license with own vehicle. Must have min. 8 years experience in the specific field. Min. qualification B.Arch and or Civil Engineer.
