Finance Manager

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage the preparation and reporting of financial statements
• Prepare and review financial reports for management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Develop and manage financial models
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and review financial plans and strategies
• Assist with tax and audit processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team. Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• CPA or other professional certification preferred
• Knowledge and experience in contract review and negotiations.
