Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring a Finance Manager for a leading manufacturing company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for an experienced finance professional to oversee financial accounting reporting and treasury functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and international accounting standards. This role will be instrumental in budgeting forecasting and shaping the company s financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
Oversee accounting processes including cash flow accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
Prepare and consolidate financial statements budgets and variance reports.
Monitor cash flow manage banking relationships and advise on liquidity planning.
Ensure timely VAT filings and compliance with tax regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits implementing recommendations.
Optimize ERP financial systems and improve reporting accuracy.
Lead and develop the finance team fostering continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (CPA CMA or ACCA preferred).
5 years of experience in financial management preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
Strong knowledge of IFRS treasury management and financial planning.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
