Job Summary

ITP Media Group the region s leading media company is looking for a detailoriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to support a fastpaced multimarket finance operation and gain handson experience across UAE KSA and India.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns.
Support the preparation of tax filings including VAT and other relevant tax returns across UAE KSA and India.
Maintain accurate records of all tax payments and filings.
Prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and inquiries.
Liaise with external auditors tax consultants and thirdparty stakeholders as needed.
Respond to queries from tax authorities under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax or financial audits.
Provide support to other finance team members as required.
Help reconcile discrepancies and investigate issues in financial transactions.
Support additional finance and taxrelated duties as assigned by management.
Assist with India payables accounting and GST reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting preferably within the UAE or GCC.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with tax filings and regional reporting requirements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and with external partners.
Solid problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
