Job Summary
Assistant Graduate Accountant
Principle Accountabilities:
On time preparation of MonthlyQuarterly and Annual AccountsMRO.
Supporting with processing of AP invoices and ensuring on time payment
Liaising with vendors to clear any queriesand reconciling the vendorstatements.
SupportFinancial analyst forreconciliationof intercompany AR/AP
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled (and aged where appropriate) every month either by Shared Services or within thedepartment andensuring that reconciling items are dealt withpromptly.
Supporting with accurateaccruals as needed in accordance withrequirements.
Completingmonth-end tasks assigned
Supportingfinance team withonsiteactivities
Ensure sound financial controls are in place and working effectively in line with SarbanesOxley requirements.
Work towards continuous improvement to develop bestpractice.
SupportingStatutory & Tax Requirements.
Supporting theGlobalControllerandsite controlleras necessary in resolvingMROissues
