Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Female Sales Supervisor with a proven background in beauty cosmetics or skincare retail to lead our team at Nectar. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service team training and sales growth through expert product knowledge and tailored beauty consultations.


The ideal candidate will:

Lead and train the sales team on skincare benefits product ingredients and consultation techniques.

Drive daily sales performance and ensure individual and team targets are met.

Ensure effective merchandising and presentation in line with the brands image.

Collaborate with marketing to organize product launches beauty workshops and consultation events.

Provide personalized consultations to customers ensuring satisfaction and product suitability.

Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism ensuring positive resolutions.



Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in beauty skincare or cosmetics retail.

Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).

Deep product knowledge in natural skincare beauty products and cosmetics applications.

Strong leadership and team training skills.

Experience organizing beauty events product demonstrations and skincare workshops.

Bachelors degree preferred (certifications in beauty/skincare are a strong plus).

Required Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems to build customer profiles and ensure personalized follow-up.
