- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee products.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the chef in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain the standard of food quality.
- Support in cooking and baking activities, as needed.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Provide information about menu items and promote special offerings.
