Assign & allot schedules to drivers on a timely & efficient manner

Maintain payment details of all paid transport students

.

Communicate to students in a professional & competent manner

.

Maintain Timely execution of all transport schedules

.

Manage Transport route planning as per the requirements

.

Maintain & update records of all available & new vehicles

.

Monitor fuel level & raise request accordingly

.

Maintain records for Bus capacity utilization, Vehicle Maintenance

.

Maintain transportation report which includes driver logs & trip reports

.

Record driver concerns, policy violations & direct the critical issues to Management

.

Maintain & update details of Branding, License, Insurance for existing & new vehicles & initiate for renewals in advance

.

Ensure compliance to all operational procedures

.

Ensure hygiene & safety at workplace

.

Record, maintain, update & submit reports as & when required by the Management

.

Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
