Female Arabic Outdoor Sales Fitout Projects

Ontime Group is seeking a dynamic and professional Female Arabic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team specializing in fitout this role you will be responsible for promoting our fitout services to potential clients building relationships and driving sales within the market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fitout sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients architects and contractors
• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our fitout solutions tailoring proposals to each clients needs
• Actively network and attend industry events to promote our services
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client expectations are met
• Keep up to date with industry trends competitor services and market dynamics
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in outdoor sales particularly in fitout projects or related fields
• Strong understanding of interior design and fitout processes
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
• Strong network within the interior design and contracting community is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in field sales or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
