Job Summary
We are currently in search for a F&B In Charge to join at a 4 Star Hotel (American Bar) who will be responsible for the overall operation of F&B as well as looking into marketing & sales of F&B.
The ideal candidate should fulfill the below requirements.
- Proven experience (2 years) in a managerial role within a reputed 4 or 5 star hotel F&B department.
- Strong understanding of upscale F&B operations including service standards cost control inventory management and HACCP/hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays as per operational needs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Total Package:
7000 to 9000/- AED
