We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fabrication Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas / Heavy Engineering sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute structural fabrication activities according to approved engineering drawings.
- Coordinate fabrication and site installation activities.
- Review fabrication drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas and refinery quality standards.
- Monitor fabrication progress and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with production QA/QC and site teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to project procedures.
- Prepare fabrication reports and documentation.
Required Skills
- Structural fabrication drawing interpretation.
- Mechanical engineering principles for heavy fabrication.
- Experience in Oil & Gas refinery or petrochemical projects.
- Site engineering and execution coordination.
- Knowledge of fabrication quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of welding inspection standards.
- Familiarity with international fabrication codes.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have experience in structural fabrication and site engineering within Oil & Gas refinery petrochemical or heavy engineering projects. Experience in executing fabrication work based on engineering drawings is essential.
Education
- Minimum: B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: Masters Degree or relevant engineering certification
- Additional: Welding/Fabrication-related certifications (if available)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
