Job Description

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, service providers.
- Support the CEO in personal matters, handling payments, coordinating with household staff such as housekeeping and drivers, and managing his properties.
- Collaborate with other executives and departments to facilitate communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Manage HR files, facilitate new employee onboarding, initiate residency visas/work permits, and oversee insurance matters. Proficiency in utilizing online portals of free zones (DWTC/DMCC) is
- necessary for this role.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs for the CEO's office. Ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
