Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite
What You Will Do:
- Provide daily confidential support to Vice President.
- Manage Diary emails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Vice President as well as travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
- Manage other email channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
- Support the VP& GM in setting up the town hall either live or virtually and drive the communication.
- Attend and minute important meetings type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations coordinate key events.
- Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork filing and documenting.
- Complete monthly expense report for Vice President also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders etc.
What You Need
- Educational degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
- Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently
