Location: Dubai UAE (Hybrid Field Visits)

We are seeking a highly motivated ultra-organized and bilingual "Executive Right Hand" to coordinate our launching operations manage client relations and drive operational excellence in the UAE market under the management network of AlTaqadum AlMustamer IT Consultancy.
Work Nature:
Flexible / Hybrid role Mandatory client field visits and meetings across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital CRM Management: Map automate and organize corporate client data and leads dynamically using Zoho CRM.
Project & Technical Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the executive management and the development/design teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
Field Representation: Accompany the CEO or independently conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with corporate clients in Dubai to build strong relationships and close deals.
Contract & Scheduling Administration: Manage executive schedules coordinate meetings and dispatch professional quotations invoices and service agreements via Zoho platforms.
Requirements:
Residency: Currently residing in the UAE (Preferably based in Dubai Sharjah or Ajman for ease of mobility).
Language: 100% professional fluency in both English and Arabic (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.
Driving License: Strong communication skills deep passion for technical systems with a valid UAE driving license and owning a car is highly preferred to facilitate business field visits.
Personality: Exceptional organizational skills high positive energy self-driven and capable of delivering premium output with minimal supervision.
