Executive Administrative

Previous experience installing electronic and/or mechanical systems such as a tactical combat system on board aircraft
• Autonomy is mandatory, with an open mind, able to bring operational needs and feelings towards the system
• Excellent customer intimacy and communication
• Very quick response to inquiries
• Be accurate and able to quickly analyze matters and summarize them for reporting to the technical support team
• Be proficient in English
• French and Arabic are an advantage but not obligatory at all.
Health, safety and environmental responsibilities
• Taking care of your personal safety and the safety of others as much as possible.
• Be aware of health and safety management requirements and policies, project requirements and policy statements and play an active role in their development and implementation.
• Understand your personal responsibilities and contribute to achieving compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System, understand the potential consequences of non-compliance with health and safety arrangements, and adhere to the above policies.
• Compliance with local laws and legislation related to health, safety and environment.
• Use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended and note that this is also carried out across departments and between contractors and third parties operating in Thales controlled spaces/systems.
