- 5+ years as a technology project director from the events AV, lighting and pyrotechnics sector with strong leadership capabilities to hire and manage high performance teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with capabilities in financial analysis to monitor expenses, negotiate contracts and make recommendations to optimize costs and project profitability.
- Client relationship management to enhance client retention and create new business opportunities.
- UAE driving license.
Candidate Profile
- Currently living in the Gulf region – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour to drive business and people growth and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the ability to work across different nationalities and organization levels.
