Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from concept to delivery ensuring every detail is meticulously managed
- Coordinate with clients vendors and team members to ensure successful event execution
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement creative event concepts and ideas
- Ensure all events are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard
Requirements
- Strong background in event planning and execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- UAE experience is a plus (if applicable)
